Returns and Exchange
Requests for refunds and exchange on full-priced merchandise are accepted within 5 business days of receipt for Australian orders only.
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached. In other words, they must be in perfect condition. Garments received with makeup stains or dirt marks on will not be exchanged or refunded.
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings are not entitled for exchange or refund.
All customers must contact WLLWPOPUP at email@example.com to request for a return/exchange form and a return authorisation number (RA#). The form needs to be printed, filled out and returned to us alongside the merchandise.
Returning a full-priced item
Costs incurred for the authorised return of full-priced items are the responsibility of the customer. Request for returns must be received by WLLWPOPUP within 5 business days of the customer receiving the item.
Only full-priced items qualify for exchange. Availability of stock needs to be confirmed before an exchange takes place. Costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer. If the required item is unavailable, the cost of the item will be refunded.
Authorised refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Returning a sale item
WLLWPOPUP does not refund for incorrect choices or change of mind. Sale items can be refunded but all costs incurred are solely the customer's responsibility.
International orders do not qualify for returns and exchanges.
Please take note of the following:
*WLLWPOPUP will not refund any international taxes and duties. Please contact your local customs bureau for more information on this matter.
*WLLWPOPUP will not refund the original shipping and handling charges (if there were any) unless the item is faulty upon receipt by you.

Any claims on short supply or damage of goods must be reported to WLLWPOPUP via email within 3 days of receiving the goods. WLLWPOPUP will not be responsible for lost parcels.
